Transfer Title

Use the ENTER button below which will link you to the National Fine Arts Title Registration (NFATR) secure online Transfer Form.

Unless you are a member of the NFATR select Option 2 or Option 3 in Step 1

In Step 2 enter Art Registration Number (starts with PD) and Transfer Code (both can be found on the Registered Certificate you received with the artwork) and the actual purchase price.

Complete form fields on the resulting page (don't forget to provide the new owner's name), click Continue and you will have an option to print your new, updated Certificate. Since you were the previous owner of the artwork, you need to sign the new certificate so it is valid.
